...we are doing CrossFit hero WOD ship in honor of Remembrance Day. Because we need barbells + big boxes + safety, we will not be going over the 14 person class limit (ie we will not be adding people off the waitlist), but we will add more classes as needed. If you are working out on Tuesday, please sign in ASAP so we can plan properly to accommodate everyone. Thanks!!
