He also earned his CrossFit Level 1 last year. He will be bringing his expertise to us on Wednesdays at 10:30am for a 5 week mobility course aimed at improving range of motion, joint health, and stability. ⁠ ⁠ This is open to anyone so feel free to bring a friend who also needs to #getflexy!
