HOW IT WORKS

Borrow some dumbbells

Throw them in the car or camper and keep up your strength wherever your vacation travels take you.

 

The Dumbbells can be signed out from our storage seacan at the gym.

ABMAT AND SKIPPING ROPE

Use an Abmat (or a rolled up towel) and bring your skipping rope with you

HANDY TOOLS

To time your workouts consider online tools available at http://www.timer-tab.com/ or simply google "online timer" for a stopwatch or countdown timer. 

Timer apps for your iPhone or Android can also be programmed for intervals or EMOM style workouts and can beep in your headphones if you're running around outside.
