Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls
I enjoyed these bites as a post-workout treat after 17.1. They paired well with steaming cup of coffee. I recommend whipping up this recipe to satisfy your next sweet tooth! You can eat them raw or bake them to melt the chocolate. They take 5 minutes to make and are a bit healthier than your average cookie.
Yield: 15 balls
Ingredients:
â…“ cup peanut butter (90g)
2 tablespoons honey (30g)
2 scoops protein powder (60g)
½ cup old fashioned oats (40g)
2-3 tablespoons of water
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (45g)
Directions
Combine the peanut butter, honey, and protein powder. Stir in the oats.
Add the water until the mixture turns into a dough-like consistency
Mix in the chocolate chips.
Use a tablespoon to measure the dough into 15 balls.
Eat the protein balls raw or cook at 350F for 8 minutes for a warm treat
Share them with friends to avoid eating the entire batch!
