Thanksgiving Monday we'll be doing a 10am and 11am holiday workout at BRIO East. Recognizing that most of us within the CrossFit community live with the luxury of "food security" (reliable access to nutritious food), Carolanne had the wonderful idea to gather donations for the Saskatoon Food Bank. Donations are not mandatory, but please feel free to bring a non-perishable food item if you'd like to contribute to helping those less fortunate than us!
