8 min AMRAP 15 Thruster (95/65) 5 Muscle ups or 10 ring dips Followed immediately by choice skill work (5 min max):

- 100 Double Unders, for time

- 55 cal row, for time

- 50 Toes to Bar

Considering there are certain movements that show up in The Open every year, take this time at the end of the workout today to examine which is your greatest weakness. Instead of collapsing on the floor at the buzzer, move immediately to practicing your skill of choice while under fatigue.
