Sunday at 11am we'll be doing the "Triple 3" workout (instead of the monster mash) and it's open to anyone: Row 3000m 300 Double unders Run 3 miles Originally known for nearly killing Rich Froning in the 2014 CrossFit Games, this workout has now become individual event #1 at the Regionals this year.
