Mon Aug 6 - we'll be doing hero WOD " Saman ", created in memory of retired Thai Navy SEAL and Petty Office First Class Saman Kunan who died attempting to rescue a group of boys from a flooded cave in Thailand.

Tues Aug 7 - is BRING A FRIEND Day! Visitors are welcome to join us for a few workout in any class,  all day long, at either location.
