Are you doing the Be Like Bruce competition? New this year is the addition of a powerlifting event on Day 1. If you are interested in working on your squat, bench, and deadlift (in preparation for the competition, by request we have put together a powerlifting program. The extra work can be completed during Weakness WOD or Barbell Club times (but not during other class times, sorry). Email Jocelyn if you're interested!
