Memorial WOD "Aly"

In Teams of 3, switching after full rounds

AMRAP in 30 min:

10 DB Front Rack Lunge (1 x 50/35#)

10 DB Snatches

10 weighted sit ups with DB

This workout was created in memory of Aly Jenkins, a well known Curler and also a CrossFitter from Warman, SK. She died tragically on Oct 20 due to a rare complication during childbirth. A go fund me page has been set up here to help support her husband and three children.
