Tomorrow is our Annual Family Day at the Field House at 11am. When you come in, just tell the front desk staff you are with the CrossFit BRIO group and head on in to the track area! You can sign up via the BRIO app for:

1) Parents and Kids workout in the court area (parents must stay with your kiddos)


2) Running track workout with an optional weight vest (adults only on the track)
