Saturday is Halloween which means we want can't wait to see you dressed up in your always funny, spooky, crafty, and creative costumes!!! Crazy get-ups welcome all morning long! We'll be doing a few Romanian Deadlifts, and "Angie" (all bodyweight movements). Maybe the right costume would make those push ups easier??? hmmmm...
