Here's what's happening for the kids this fall...

  • Fall sessions of NextGen Kids classes are now available for registration. Class times are Wednesday 6:30pm and Thursday 6:30pm starting Sept 11 for kids in Grade 4 and up.

  • Add a high school student to Mom or Dad's Unlimited membership for $35/week. Message us for more info!

This month, Jocelyn wrote the newsletter article for the CrossFit Medical Society, called the Primer on Protein, and lead Grand Rounds on lifestyle interventions for sarcopenia and osteoporosis. For licensed healthcare provider members of the CFMS, this session is worth CME credits.
