In the interest of not living in Delulu land, David and Jocelyn look up the real truth about just how many calories are in some common meal options at Earls.


Then we tackle Tim Hortons. How many calories do you think are in a large Double Double and a boston cream donut? What about a large Vanilla Iced Capp and a Raisin Bran Muffin? Would you consider one of these to be a "healthier choice"?



 

Fall Session of NextGen Kids
