The first Open workout will be announced Thursday evening. Tune in to games.crossfit.com to see what CrossFit HQ has in store for us. Once we know the length and equipment needs of the workout, we will post heat times for Friday Night Lights. Anyone and everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate!!!
