Speaking of maximizing summer, Ruck a Week is on now! Throw on a weight vest or heavy backpack and head out for a 5k (or longer) hike/walk each week. Join the group under "Community Groups" in the BRIO app and post your weekly sweaty selfie or GPS map route!

 

THURSDAY is the last day to register a team or buy a BBQ ticket for our Unite to Fight Cancer fundraiser event on Sunday June 2. Support Coach Rana's mission to give back to the Saskatoon Cancer Center that took such good care of her during her battle with breast cancer in 2022.
