We're hosting a CrossFit Level 1 Course this weekend! We appreciate your patience and flexibility while we modify the schedule to accommodate this event. Here's the plan for fitness:
Saturday at 10am we have lanes rented on the track at the fieldhouse to do a Run + Push Up + Air Squat workout... with optional weight vest if you have one!
Sunday we've got classes on the schedule at 7:00am and 6:00pm and we'll be doing hero WOD "Jack"

15 Front Squats (155/105)
