About this course

This is not a fitness challenge. With inspiration from 75 Hard, this is a mental toughness program for when you are tired of your own shit. It has to be. The easy road gets you nowhere. For 75 days you'll commit to: 💧 16 oz of water before anything else goes in your face 🌞10 min early morning sun exposure 🏃♀️Physical Activity 2x/day 🥩Follow the Royalty Real Food plan. No alcohol, no cheats. 📸Take a progress photo 📖Read 10 pages of non-fiction 🌟 A personal challenge of your choosing If you fail (and you might) you'll take a Chumbawamba (get knocked down and get back up again) and start over on day 1. Completion is a serious achievement.
