Family Day at the Field House at 10am today! We've got lanes booked on the track and we'll be doing the following super-fun-times running workout. CrossFit Kids will be happening in one of the courts too, so bring the whole fam! 25 min AMRAP Run 1 lap (200m) 15 Push Ups 30 Squats Run 2 laps 15 Push ups 30 Squats Run3 laps 15 Push ups 30 Squats Run 4 laps etc... If you have a weight vest or body armour, wear it. We will bring a few, but we have a limited supply.
