Cardio intervals to get your sweat on

Take on 30-40 minutes of cardio intervals with the coach, who sweats alongside you. This is not a "coached" class. Be ready for go-time and add this one after the 5:30pm class, before the 7:30pm class, or as an active recovery day
If you need to cancel, please do so with as much notice as possible so that another person can take your spot. "Late cancellation" will be applied for less than 2 hours notice. Thank you!
