Ruck-a-Week Summer Challenge
About
Welcome to the Ruck-a-Week Summer Fitness Challenge! The goal is to take your fitness outside this summer and maximize your enjoyment of this beautiful time of year. Once a week, throw on a weight vest or weighted pack and head out for a 5km or longer walk or hike.
When you're done, post a sweaty selfie, screen cap of your route via GPS, or photo of the trail etc. Tell us about where you went!
Each week starts on Sundays and posts are due by the following Saturday at 11:59pm. Collect all 10 weeks and get a special token of your achievement :-)
